Hyderabad, October 31, 2010: Committed to creating the finest dining experience for its consumers, Carlsberg today introduced the unique concept of Finest Sunday Brunches providing the people of Hyderabad the opportunity to enjoy the magic of Carlsberg beer as a key ingredient in their favorite recipes.
Supplementing Carlsberg’s association with food, Finest Sunday Brunches with Carlsberg has been introduced to promote the concept of having beer IN your food and WITH your food. The culinary celebrations began with an impressive launch party in Hyderabad today and will now tour other cities along with renowned gourmet specialist and food consultant Karen Anand through the festive months of October and November.

The launch party introduced guests to a delightful assortment of brunch menu integrating Carlsberg all malt super premium beer as a key ingredient. The displayed recipes from Chef Shyam Sunder and Karen Anand, included Carlsberg Poached Fish with Green Pepper Carlsberg Mayonnaise, Carlsberg Drunken Barbeque Chicken, Carlsberg Pot Roast of Beef, Beer Tossed Pork Bratwurst and Carlsberg Veg.
