Master Chefs from Bangkok create Thai Food Magic
An exotic Thai Food Festival at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre from 2nd-19th April. The festival will not only showcase an array of authentic and sumptuous Thai cuisine but will also feature elements of Thai culture, giving Hyderabad a unique Thai experience. Visiting Chefs Worawit Ngoenngam and Chef Satit Muangsomboon have been flown in from Novotel, Siam Bangkok to add authenticity.
Mexican Revolution
La Cantina, the Mexican specialty restaurant at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is buzzing with the month long Mexican festival being held in the expertise of visiting Chef Alberto G.Humphrey Guerrero from Mexico. Chef Alberto is creating a new menu on a daily basis and wishes to make the Mexican food lovers relish new dishes from his collection.

Flavors of Chettinad – Authentic Chettinad cuisine, during the festival from June 18th – 30th. Visiting Chefs Jairam, A.Senthil and S.Balamurugan from the Chettinad regions – Kandharva kottai and Ponamaravathi respectively along with Novotel Chef Muthu will be creating special dishes to pamper your senses.
