I love this place
Well this is my first review here at burrp, and there is no restaurant other than this that I can think of to write my first review. I’ve been to this place a couple of times and man it’s an awesome place for food lovers like me and let me tell you it’s worth every penny. The buffet has Desi, Chinese, Continental, Mexican and what not….
Went for the buffet in both the occasions and really loved the way food tasted and presented as well.
I suggest this place to anyone who is looking for distinctive tasty food experience with really good ambience. – kranthiboyina

Heaven for Food Lovers! Square @ Novotel
I’ve been to Novotel last night with a friend and discovered that The Square offers a Wideeeeeeeeeeee spread Dinner Buffet along with Unlimited Drinks from 6.30 to 11.30 p.m on Saturdays!!! Being an Addict of Good Food & Alcohol, I hopped on to a Pool Side Table. There Was a Live Barbecue Counter right beside and one can choose from Lobsters, Crabs, Mackerel, Lady Fish, Chicken Roast + Equally competitive Vegetarian starters. We couldn’t even decide what to eat and what to leave. It’s like a Paradise for Food Lovers. – Kiranmaverick
Amazing place for an early morning breakfast
I’ve been to Hitex a couple of times – but this was the first time I went to Novotel. The ride down the road and the landscape is the first thing that any one who comes down for the first time would notice.
A group of us went to the “The Square” for breakfast on a Saturday morning not knowing the price neither the timings nor the menu, but since it was “The Novotel” where we were going – our expectation were high!
As we have entered, the way they received us, the ambiance was great 
We were then directed to our table and it was already 9:30am and we were informed that the breakfast was on until 10:30am and the menu, the items’ list was never ending … then thought an hour is too short to enjoy the breakfast.
There was a wide range of food there – starting from our very own south indian idly/vada/dosa/puri sambar/aloo/chutneys etc.etc… and of all sambar was really really yummy… to the so called english bfast – with a wide variety of cakes/breads etc. and not to miss the variety of non-veg items there. – Divya_vema
Best place for a leisurely meal
In a nutshell, the Square is simply the best place in Hyderabad for a long, leisurely meal with that someone special!
The spread is one of the biggest I’ve seen anywhere in the world.
The ambience too is brilliant – you can sit in air-conditioned comfort inside, or dine al fresco poolside if the weather’s nice. The poolside also has gazebos – which mean if there is a light misting rain that makes the place look so romantic, you can still eat outside.
The buffet is simply too much to take at one go – which is why I keep stressing the ‘leisurely’ part of the Square’s appeal. The best way to make the most of your Square experience is to arrive as early as possible. Call ahead and make a reservation, especially if you’re planning on a Sunday brunch. Once you arrive, spend as much time as you possibly can, and make your way through the culinary maze that is on offer. – Navin
