Saturday Brunch at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre introduces a new food concept called ‘Mediterranean Saturday Brunch’ by The Poolside. The only Saturday brunch in the city, this is an ideal way of spending weekend with family and friends. The Saturday Brunch will be operational from 14th august onwards, every Saturday.

The brunch by The Poolside offers a complete unwinding option on a Saturday with various offering for people of all age groups. The brunch features a lavish Mediterranean brunch , live Tapas and grills, variety in salads, soups, fun and entertainment for the kids and live music.

According to Hemant Tinetti, Director of Food & Beverage, “The Saturday brunch is a new addition as part of the offering for our guests. The city wanted something for the family on a Saturday and what better way to spend it over a brunch”.

Every dish and ingredient for the occasion is purely original and fresh. Some of the famous Mediterranean dishes include Main course dishes like – Seafood Paellas, Vegetarian Cous Cous, Mixed vegetarian Stew, Lamb Sambousak, Moroccan Chicken, Pizzas like – Margerita, Pepperonni, Provencale, Salads like – Chicken Waldorf, Prawn and Salsa, Palm Heart and Artichokes, Desserts like – Apple Pie, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Cold cuts like – Smoked Salmons, Chicken Salami, Chicken Schwarma, Huevos de Bero and many more, served with a tempting selection of wines and spirits, for the brunch.

The Mediterranean diet is as diverse and varied as the languages and countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. Fresh fish recipes, Greek gastronomy and Spanish paellas are just some of the tasty and healthy Mediterranean recipes you’ll find at the Saturday Brunch.
