The Square at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre introduces the Seafood Festival from 15-28th February, featuring a lavish dinner spread of exotic seafood.
There will also be a lucky draw, with the winner being gifted a trip to Munnar, Kerala for 3 days and 2 nights, courtesy The Leader: the official gift partner.
According to the Executive Chef – Shyam Sunder. “A lot of people enjoy seafood, but Hyderabad being inland, does not offer a large variety or great quality. We are preparing the best of the dishes, of the best quality. It will be cooked as per the guests taste. ”
Some of the mouthwatering catch includes scampi, squids, mud crab, octopus, barracuda, halibut, baby shark, and emperor bream. There will also be prawns, promfet, squid etc. The cooking style ranges from Indian oriental and western cuisines- like the tandoor, tawa, oriental stir fry, or Thai curry or the all time favorite barbeque.
Added to the above selection is the elaborate buffet which includes variety of salads, soups, main course selection from Indian, western, and oriental cuisines and mouthwatering desserts.
